Adam is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Taxation. Raised in Snohomish County and following in his father’s footsteps as a CPA, he believes in building trusting business relationships and is passionate about helping business owners and individuals meet their accounting and tax goals. 

Adam works with closely held businesses and their owners. He has a wide variety of experience in high-net-worth individuals, business startups, construction development and real estate companies, manufacturing/service companies, retail stores and private equity investment companies heavily invested in the real estate. His area of expertise includes complex tax planning and compliance especially in partnership allocations and structuring. He also has excessive knowledge regarding cost segregation studies.

Adam is known for building trusting business relationships and is passionate about helping all business owners and individuals of various size meet their accounting and tax goals!

Adam became the youngest partner in 2022. In his capacity as Managing partner he is guiding the overall strategic direction of Williams and Nulle, PLLC, as well as managing and overseeing its daily activities.

Adam obtained his master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Washington and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University. Adam is also one of the distinguished few to have passed the four-part CPA exam on the first attempt.

In his free time, Adam enjoys skiing, boating, biking, golf, yard work, and spending time with his family.

Adam is a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
